LOS ANGELES — The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, which will celebrate its 15th year, at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, has announced the LATATA White Party, which will take place at Body English in The Hard Rock Hotel on Friday night, January 18th. Doors will open 11:00pm.

The LATATA White Party will feature over 150 adult stars and hosted by Alexis Texas, Lexi Belle, Nikki Delano, Kortney Kane, Skin Diamond, Jackie Joy, Macy Cartel, Dani Daniels and Sierra Sanders.

CANOGA PARK — A adult performers and other adult industry personalities plan to demonstrate their opposition to L.A. County Measure B with a press conference in Canoga Park and follow-up demonstrations this Saturday, November 3.

“Proponents of Measure B would like you to think that it’s just about using condoms in porn, but that’s not true,” adult-industry blogger Tod Hunter said. “If this passes, adult content will have to be shot under emergency-room protocols. The same rules that protect an ER nurse from the spurting blood of a gunshot victim will apply to professional adult performers — even husbands and wives when they are working together. And producers will have to pay extra for filming permits to pay for inspections of their sets. Measure B is a declaration of war against the adult industry, an attempt to shut it down by smothering it in bureaucratic red tape.”

The press conference will take place at an adult production studio in Canoga Park, and the rallies will follow. The bus transport has been arranged by the organizers of LA Porn Tours, which offers adult-industry fans the chance to see the places where adult content is shot.

“Everybody in the adult industry is doing what we can to defeat this measure,” LA Porn Tours’ Benjamin Free said. “I got a bus, and we’re taking it to the streets.”

The performers are looking forward to the demonstration.

HOLLYWOOD, CA – Costumed members of the porn industry turned out by the hundreds Saturday night at the annual Heaven & Hell Porn Bash in Hollywood thrown by XPlay’s Jeff Mullen and Scott David, and Danny B. Many industry members attended to support the ‘No on Measure B’ campaign – Los Angeles’ condom ballot measure, which allows government to creep closer into your lives by regulating the type of entertainment you watch in your bedroom.

On a warm, breezeless night, the costume bash expanded to over 1,000 people by 11pm at adjacent clubs Roxbury & Hemingway’s. The industry had their own sexy private VIP room, packed with scantily clad porn stars who drank and danced the night away.

“The goal of the party was to have a great time celebrating Halloween – and to raise cash and awareness for the industry’s efforts on behalf of ‘no on government waste,’ which will help purchase the final television and radio spots encouraging people to vote no on measure B,” stated multi-award winning director Mullen.

Measure B is an ill-conceived effort to require mandatory condom usage on adult film sets, but instead will destroy the nation’s most advanced testing program and replace it with a government program that will cost taxpayers money for “condom police.” If you believe our government should not waste taxpayer’s money attempting to regulate what has been a safe adult movie industry, please vote no on Measure B.

If Measure B is not defeated, it will have a tremendously negative effect on the adult film industry; the gala event raised much-needed money for advertising before the general election on Nov. 6.
