HOLLYWOOD, CA — It takes a monumental effort in the movie business for a sequel to be better than the original movie but apparently that’s the case with X-Play’s porn comedy Not the Cosbys XXX 2 which has been garnering impressive critical reviews and early sales than have topped the 2010 AVN Award winner Not the Cosbys XXX which went on to win a slew of trophies including best parody in Las Vegas.

“Some sequels aren’t worth making and even less worth watching. That couldn’t be more untrue of this movie,” wrote Roger Pipe for www.rogreviews.com in his review of Not the Cosbys XXX 2.

“Any time you get sex this good in features it is a bonus. To get it on top of a great script, a dead on parody and a funny movie it’s the recipe for a huge hit. As they have done with the Bradys, Will Ryder and X-Play have made the Cosbys into a porn franchise that I can’t recommend strongly enough.”

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The 2008 XRCO Awards ushered in a new era even before the first trophy was handed out. This year’s event featured a new logo, a brilliant new location, superstar presenters and a great turnout.

For the first time the XRCO Awards was held at Highlands Nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard. With the bright lights of a huge mainstream premier just below, hostesses Gina Lynn and Carmen Heart entertained a record turn out for the annual awards show.

“This was huge for me,” said Gina of her experience. “The XRCO Awards are always important for our industry, but this year you could just feel the renewed energy. I knew I had to give my best effort and I’m really happy with the way things turned out.”

“I’m having so much fun as Tabitha. It’s been a really great experience so far and this movie is going to be awesome,” she said as she studied her script in the bustling backyard of a Valley Village, California home that for all intents and purposes was 1164 Morning Glory Circle.

A spoof of the popular television show Bewitched, co-producer Scott David and director Will Ryder studied every detail of the series to create another picture-perfect parody as the beautiful, blond Teagan, formerly known as Teagan Presley, fit the role of an 18 year old Tabitha wonderfully.

Joining Teagan in the cast are fellow-superstars Jenna Haze, Eva Angelina, Sasha Grey, Aurora Snow, Sunny Lane, newcomers Michelle Avanti, Daisy Layne, Kandice Nicole, Kelly Skyline, Madison Ivy, Winter Sky, Marli Jane, along with legends Ron Jeremy and Nina Hartley as Endora. Also featured is James Bartholet as Darren’s boss Larry Tate.

Darren & Samantha have a big problem when Aunt Clara can’t undo a spell cast on Tabitha that accidentally turns the sweet little toddler into an 18 year old cutie. With her 1st birthday party looming, all hell breaks loose when nosey neighbors, the boss and even the police arrive. “We debated on the Tabitha character for quite some time and actually had a number of really good girls read for the role during casting. “I’m really happy to be a part of this movie,” Teagan said just before she was called back onto the set.

“She’s already a major league star but I think this is a great movie for her and people will see an entirely different side of her. She’s fabulous,” Ryder concluded.

“I’m having a blast working with Teagan,” stated Jenna Haze who plays Samantha. “These are really cool shooting days and this set is so much fun.”
