PAGE: [Laughs] So true.

RAY: What’ve you been up to?

PAGE: I’ve just been chillin’… I took a break from the whole scene — Not just porn itself, but the parties and all that. I got to be an 18-year-old girl for a while. I went to amusement parks and hung out with boys.

RAY: Boys under 30?

PAGE: Yeah! [Laughs] Exactly… Tho I’m not like most 18-year-old girls. I think I have a better outlook on the world. I grew up on the East coast. Jersey and Philadelphia. Left my house at 17 and moved around a lot. I supported myself from a young age. I basically live like a beatnik in the 20th century.

RAY: When did you turn 18?

PAGE: January 12th. I’m a Capricorn.

RAY: Who did you live with back east?

PAGE: My best friends. I lived with all sorts of people, which is how I’m able to adapt to different social environments. I’m very close with my family but I just wanted to explore things… I’ve always been a ‘hands-on’ kind of learner. I really enjoy going to school. I’m going to start college soon — I’ve already registered. But I mostly just like to go out there and do it. I’m a doer. I’d rather discover things first-hand. I don’t like to just accept things others tell me. So many people have jaded opinions.

RAY: What made you decide to get into porn?

PAGE: I started stripping at 17. I was working at a biker bar. One day I got an offer to make a bunch of money by going to L.A. for two weeks… They said I could make around twenty grand, then go home and come back out whenever I wanted. I thought that was a cool idea. I could finally get an apartment with my boyfriend. But then I found out that not all porn is like “1001 Blowjobs.” So I thought cool — I’m gonna stay in L.A. and I’m gonna try this. What the hell, why not? What the fuck else am I gonna do?

RAY: Never mind. How young are you?

ELENA: I’m 18. But my birthday is at the end of the month, so I want to have a 2nd annual 18th birthday party. I wanna be 18 until I turn 21.

Bo Kenney had another killer party. Open bar, and as usual I was distracted by my beautiful friends. My ugly ones, too. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Unless you’re one of those people hoping to see more pics of yourself on the internet.

Another great party from Luis DePaz. And yes, I know. It’s been a week. I’ve heard complaints from everybody. (Mostly from people who just want new MySpace photos.)

But what can I say? I’ve been busy… Shooting, editing, negotiating deals, jerking-off… I am clearly “in-demand” — But please note that I still make time for the little people. (That’s you.)

RAY: That’s sweet. So you were previously known as Kara Mynor… How long have you been in the industry?

KARA: About eight months now. It’s always been something that I wanted to do.

RAY: Why?

KARA: I love being naked. And I love sex, of course.
